I Hate Google - I Love Google
By Richieb799
Why the Google Hate?
Following the recent Google Panda algorithm many people have expressed that they hate Google because the update that filtered out duplicate articles from content farms has also lowered the ranking on their websites considerably.
I have seen top online publishers in despair in the forums and vowing to use alternative search engines because they are so angry at Google for dropping the traffic to websites that previously received 3000 'likes' on Facebook.
Other people have been annoyed because sites such as E-How and Reuters rank higher than Hubpages when those webpages are simple general 'How to' guides without a deeper insight into a particular topic.
I hate this also, simply for the fact that I don't know where I stand anymore in terms of earnings, one minute I get high clicks, another my traffic is high and click value is low and I thought I had to dedicate a hub to it and share this unpredictability with other Adsense users.

Hate New Google?
Many people remember 'the good times' when earnings on Google Adsense were fairly predictable, you could backlink your content and ensure it remained in a top spot on the 1st page of the website ranking. I have seen my content hold up for the first 'roll out' of the Google Algorithm in the U.S and even one of my best hubs increase by a 3rd of its original traffic, but since the Panda update has been released to the rest of the world in the last couple of days that 'popular' hub has reduced to a 3rd of its original traffic and it is relying on a lot of alternative search engines for top ranking.
We all love Google when things are going well and perhaps we should have a little bit of faith while we wait for things to settle worldwide and many people had not recovered from the U.S update so their content is suffering even more.

Google Loves Big Brands?
Perhaps you are one of the people who think that Google loves only big brands and that the new algorithm only favored website owners in the online publishers association, I know some content publishers felt their top articles were deliberately targeted simply because they were receiving massive amounts of traffic and earning a lot for particular sites.
I don't hate Google in an instant simply because of this but people have expressed that they even find it harder to find what they are looking for despite of the change. I did decide to search for websites that were focusing on Google's failings and came across a few funny and interesting sites such as here.
I also found some ridiculous claims that Google hates Mexicans and I think this is simply a rumor spread to try and damage a successful corporation but I did find some of the jokes about the daily Google pictures funny and the video below about 'hate Google instant'!

No Google Magic Anymore?
I know a lot of us are hoping for the Google magic to return, unfortunately there is no magical formula that will calculate how Google is going to judge webpage quality, all that we can hope is that they will recognize the publics comments and 'likes' on a particular website. I have also heard about the Google +1 button that is being unveiled next to the search engine rankings but I have to say I am not sure that this will successful in judging quality information since a market will arise where people can pay others to +1 there stuff!
To conclude I would like to state that you can either hate the new Google or you can make your voice heard and continue to publish quality content and hope that your suggestions are heard!
